You will be required to take out a PDI licence as we believe the invaluable experience you will gain will put you in good stead.
However, if you do not gain a full licence after all attempts at exams have been taken, then at least you have not lost your training fee
Moneyback Guarantee
We offer a guaranteed pass for instructors who have undertaken a full instructor Training course with New Driver and subsequently joined us on a PDI licence. In the event that a successful pass has not been obtained we will refund in full the Instructor training fee’s paid to New Driver Schools of Motoring. In order to issue the return of fees we will seek evidence that all reasonable endeavours have been undertaken by said PDI. All 3 attempts at the part 3 test must be undertaken; this includes your obligation under the terms of this agreement to apply for an extension to your PDI licence if the need arises to enable the 3 attempts to be completed. In the event of 3 genuine failures, proof will be sought from the examiner and a full examiners report will be required. Any non payment of franchise fees under the terms of your agreement will result in the pass guaranteed refund being null and void.
Terms & Conditions
The Trainee will be required to :
- Hold a full UK or European Union (EU) / European Economic Area ( EEA) unrestricted car driving licence.
- Have held the licence for a total of at least four out of the past six years prior to entering the Register.
- Not have been disqualified from driving at any time in the four years prior to being entered in the register.
- Be a fit and proper person to have your name entered into the register have no unspent criminal convictions.
- Have no more than three driving penalty points.
- Confirm that his/her eyesight (with spectacles if required) permits him/her to conform to the DSA eyesight test i.e. being able to read a car number plate at a distance of 27.5 metres or 26.5 metres. ( new style numbers )
- Supply the DSA with two satisfactory character references.
- Pass the two qualifying practical examinations within two years of passing the theory examination.
- To complete the training within 12 months of the date of the agreement.
