I was recommended Tony Hislop with New Driver by a friend and from the first lesson, I always felt safe and reassured. I was very nervous about driving fast to begin with but I broke that barrier and made good progress in that aspect by constantly being set small targets and being encouraged by my instructor. I thoroughly enjoyed learning to drive and looked forward to all of my lessons. Now I am insured on my mum's car and can't wait to start driving myself around for a change!

When I first started my driving lessons with New Driver I thought I would never be able to get my head round the main functions of a car in time for my test. When I first met Steve he greeted me this a friendly smile and made me feel very welcome in his presents, I don't think I could've got any more lucky with the instructor I got given to guide me through the nervous road the laid ahead. Steve had great ways and techniques of teaching me and made it as easy as possible for me. Thanks to Steve I passed my driving test first time which I didn't think in a million years would be possible. Overall I think Steve is an excellent instructor and I would definitely recommend him for nervous and apprehensive first time drivers.

Pat was a helpful, patient and friendly instructor. He taught in a way that was suited to me, focusing on my weaknesses in driving, as well keeping up practice with the things I was good at. He was flexible to give me lessons most of the time during the week. He always said the he's "not only teaching me to pass my test, but teaching me to drive in the real world" which I feel holds true, as he gave me lots of tips and tricks along the way about general use of the car. All in all, I felt he pushed me to do my best, and with his help I managed to, which demonstrates his ability as a driving instructor.

Dear all,

I meant to send this testimonial quite a while ago but never got around to it! I do apologise for the delay!
Mark was my driver instructor from March to September. I just want to highlight that he has been patient, encouraging, and believed in me probably more than I believed in myself that I will be passing first time!!! I cannot say that I was a natural driver and I remember Mark making that remark in many occasions!!! He was professional overall!  I can now look back and feel that I actually confronted one of my main fears of “driving”  which was haunting me for so many years!!!! Being a working mother, passing my test meant so much as it opened so many doors to freedom!!!
The team at the office came across very helpful and warm! I think the main person we dealt with was Tasha!
I would definitely recommend your agency to people around me as even the lessons are at a reasonable price!!!

Hi, My name is Kong Chung Ng, I called a week ago to book a couple of lessons before my practical exam. I am an experienced driver from the USA, so I only needed a mock practical test to get ready.

John called, we set up a mock practical test last Wed morning. It went well. I learnt a lot. I valued the lesson enough to ask for a second lesson last Friday morning. The real practical test was Friday afternoon.

I am vey satisfied with the lessons. I received valuable information that contributed to my passing of my practical tes. I can without reservation recommend John.

After the first one hour lesson I knew he was the driving instructor
to teach me. I then had ten more two hour lessons and passed my test
first time with two minors.

From the moment I made the telephone call to you and Matt then contacted me it was all positive. Thanks to Matt after just 26 hours total lessons i passed my driving test, yes i had had lessons on and off with another driving school but that amounted to approx 8 hours.
